18 YEARS OF THE THEATER CENTER
THE THEATER CENTER, located in the heart of New York's Theater District at 50th and Broadway, is an Off-Broadway complex which opened on April 18th, 2005. Spanning 20,000 square feet, the state-of-the-art facility features two theaters, rehearsal studios, contemporary lobbies, WiFi, two bars with cabaret-style seating, and two merchandise stands.
THE THEATER CENTER provides an elevator at the 50th Street entrance and ensures wheelchair accessibility throughout. Both theaters are equipped with RF Assistive Listening device transmitters. Patrons needing a receiver or additional assistance can easily request support at the Box Office or from a theater representative.
THE THEATER CENTER, with a diverse range of experiences including productions, acting classes, and event spaces, stands as a vibrant destination in the heart of the Theater District.

Our Theaters
The Anne L. Bernstein Theater houses Perfect Crime, the longest-running play in New York.
The Jerry Orbach Theater hosted a long-running revival of The Fantasticks, the world’s longest-running musical of which Orbach was an original cast member of The Fantasticks.
Now playing in the Jerry Orbach Theater is The Office! A Musical Parody, Friends! A Musical Parody, and Singfeld! A Musical Parody.
