What we are doing to keep you safe…
We have installed ten Atmosair Matterhorn 1002 “Air Scrubbers.” This innovative Bi-polar ionization system has been installed throughout our entire complex to “catch and kill” any contaminants in the air. It is the same system used by NASA and many hospitals across the country as well as One World Trade, The Empire State Observatory and the Staples Center. The Atmosair Matterhorn 1002 fills the venue with hospital grade air that captures and neutralizes viruses, bacteria, and VOC’s as they happen in real time.
Sensedge Air Quality monitors have been added to each floor so patrons can check the quality of the air throughout the space when they first enter the lobby.
We have upgraded our HVAC filters to use MERV13 filters.
Everyone entering our building must wear masks and follow social distancing protocols.
We are following all the CDC and NY DOH guidelines for hourly and daily deep disinfection cleaning.
We have two on staff Covid Compliance Officers to ensure safety protocols are in place and adhered to at all times.
All Front of house staff and Actors are required and administered Covid tests per guidelines set by CHC, DOH and Actors Equity Association. Safety protocols are in place should anyone test positive.
All audience members will be seated in “pods” with the people they came with. Each pod is socially distance from the next audience member(s).
Building capacity limits will always be posted in plain sight and followed accordingly to state and local guidelines.
