OBA Mentorship Program 2018

Do you have a theatrical project but feel you need advice, support or even a push to get it started, developed or produced? The OBA Mentorship program can provide you with a mentor who is an Off-Broadway theater professional - a general manager, theater owner, producer, publicist or marketing expert to help you with guidance, ideas, a sounding board or a plan to get your show in front of an audience.

WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT
The Off-Broadway Alliance Mentorship program pairs theatrical Off-Broadway professionals with OBA members.  This program was created for those seeking guidance and advice on a specific artistic/theatrical project.  It is mandatory for the mentee to be working on a project during their mentorship.  All pairings are handled through an application and interview process in order to match professionals with mentees in their specific theatrical field.

HISTORY
The Mentorship Program initiative began in July 2013. Two rounds of mentor/mentee pairings have been created with Off Broadway professionals including Adam Hess, Hugh Hysell, Scott Morfee, and many more. This will be the third year for the program.
